Caregiving Responsibilities & Duties
As a high-quality provider of non-medical companion and home care services, our first priority is to serve the individual needs of each client. We use our companion match guarantee to make sure caregivers and clients are comfortable with each other before starting service. We also confirm that our caregivers are fully trained in any specialty care a client may need.
Our caregivers help clients with many activities of daily living, including:
- Assisting with personal care and mobility
- Performing light housekeeping and food preparation
- Providing friendly companionship and emotional support
- Fostering communication with family members and other relevant parties
We believe that communication is crucial to a positive work environment, so we encourage employees to share challenges they are facing, request additional training, report suspected abuse, and seek help or support when needed.
