Find Your Career with Linda’s Care

Caregiving is a calling. It’s in your nature to help, comfort, and encourage those around you. Caregivers have built in empathy, and they deserve a work environment that honors and celebrates that spirit.

Empathy is at the heart of our home care for clients and employees. We know that people do their best work when their needs are being met as individuals and professionals.

What does that look like in a career with Linda’s Care?

  • $14 starting hourly rate
  • Weekly on time payroll
  • Medical and dental benefits
  • Paid sick leave
  • Paid holidays
  • Life insurance
  • Employee referral bonus
  • Ongoing training
  • Companion match guarantee

A qualified team allows us to provide great care. A happy team allows us to provide the best care. By properly supporting our staff in the work they do, the efforts they put into training, and the great experience they give our clients, we maintain lower turnover and higher job satisfaction than the industry average.

Caregiving Responsibilities & Duties

As a high-quality provider of non-medical companion and home care services, our first priority is to serve the individual needs of each client. We use our companion match guarantee to make sure caregivers and clients are comfortable with each other before starting service. We also confirm that our caregivers are fully trained in any specialty care a client may need.

Our caregivers help clients with many activities of daily living, including:

  • Assisting with personal care and mobility
  • Performing light housekeeping and food preparation
  • Providing friendly companionship and emotional support
  • Fostering communication with family members and other relevant parties

We believe that communication is crucial to a positive work environment, so we encourage employees to share challenges they are facing, request additional training, report suspected abuse, and seek help or support when needed.

Working in Community

Our community is best served by the people in it. At Linda’s Care, we know that the needs of the community extend far beyond what we provide in non-medical home care services. Therefore, our staff regularly participates in community service projects to help care for those in need. Employees are encouraged to present community service opportunities for consideration.
