• Meta / Facebook (Advertising): The Meta Pixel collects anonymized browsing data (pages visited, actions taken) and may match this with your Facebook/Instagram profile using hashed identifiers. This lets us measure ad performance and create retargeting audiences. Meta does not receive your full name, email, or phone number directly from our pixel.
• PostHog (Website Analytics): PostHog collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, click behavior, device type, and session duration. PostHog does not receive your name, email, or phone number.
• Google Tag Manager: GTM manages the deployment of analytics and marketing scripts. It does not independently collect or store your personal data.

Government & Regulatory Agencies

• Medicaid / State Agencies: When you engage us to facilitate a Medicaid waiver application, we may share your personal information (name, contact details, and care-related information) with the appropriate state Medicaid agency and the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services as required to process your application.

What Data is Shared and Why

• Name, Email & Phone Number: Shared with our CRM to manage your inquiry and communicate with you about care services. Your phone number is never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• Care-Related Information: Shared only with government agencies when necessary for Medicaid waiver processing, and only with your involvement in the application process.
• Browsing Behavior: Anonymized data (pages visited, click patterns, session duration) is shared with analytics and advertising platforms to improve our website and measure ad effectiveness.
