Waiver Services

• ACT 150 Program - enables adults 18 through 59 years of age who are mentally alert and have physical disabilities to perform activities of daily living. 

• Community Health Choices Waiver - Offers comprehensive services that enable older adults and individuals with disabilities to maintain their independence and continue living comfortably within their own homes. 

• OBRA Waiver program is for individuals who have a developmental physical disability.
